Custom gloves are not returnable unless they are defective. If you have

Used
Merchandise:
Used merchandise will only be accepted for return if it is defective.
USA Sports Direct.com does not sell merchandise on a trial basis. All
returned items must be in new condition. A few catches with a glove can
make it appear used. Please do not play catch with a glove you think you
might return.
